While our processing times may take 1-3 working days, we want you to know that every moment spent is a labor of love.

Standard Processing Times
Once you have placed your order, we aim to have your personalised veil ready within 1-3 working days. Our standard delivery is with Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take up to 5 working days, so we advise to allow several working days from placing your order to receiving your veil.

Express Processing Times
If you're looking to order a personalised veil as a last minute finishing touch for a Hen Party or Bridal Party, we completely understand! In this situation, we would recommend upgrading your order at check out to Royal Mail Tracked 24, this will reduce the overall time from placing your order to delivery to around 4 working days.

If the Bridal Party or Hen Do is in the near future, we recommend adding a note when placing your order to confirm the date. This will ensure we can do everything on our side to get your personalised veil to you in time.
